Even so, I’ve never met a woman who was eager to age herself prematurely!
Without knowing it, you may be aging yourself prematurely if you’re not doing these 4 things.
1. Take care of your teeth.
Your smile is one of your best features, and healthy teeth will make your smile even better. If you drink tea or coffee, your teeth may be prone to stains.
While I naturally have good teeth, I choose to whiten them. It doesn’t have to cost much money to whiten your teeth. Talk to your dentist about whether or not other dental procedures may be beneficial to you.
It’s always worth it to invest in your teeth.
A common belief about growing older is that you’ll have to accept having bad teeth. But I don’t believe that. In fact, I have gone deep into my programming and removed thoughts and beliefs about aging that don’t serve me. 2. Use great skin care.
