Think of your favorite dessert. Is it fresh, smooth, rich, or classic?
Your favorite dessert can tell you a lot about who you are!
I have found that based on the natural movement of each of the 4 Energy Types, each Type tends to have specific desserts they’re drawn to!
Not sure which Energy Type you are? I invite you to discover your true nature by learning about the 4 Energy Types here.
The four Energy Types are expressed everywhere in the natural world—not just in people. Energy Profiling is a system based on movement, and everything in our world leads with a dominant Energy Type: flowers, pets, and even desserts!

Marcy, our Dressing Your Truth Type 1 Expert says, “To me, frozen lemonade is sunshine in a bottle (or cup or glass)! It’s the perfect answer to a hot, thirsty summer day and also a trip down memory lane when it reminds me of happy times at Disneyland. I go FAR out of my way there to find both the frozen lemonade stands and the lemonade slush/icy machine on Main Street. Yup — love frozen lemonade!”
Type 2 energy is soft, soothing, and fluid. People who express Type 2 energy are peaceful, gentle, and have a natural gift for gathering details and bringing calming energy to those around them.

The soft and gooey texture appeals to my Type 2 nature. I especially love it drizzled with a little bit of caramel or a side of ice cream. Can we say, comfort food?”

Hello Dolly Bars!
As a Type 3 myself, I LOVE Hello Dolly Bars! They’re rich, layered, and textured, just like my outfits! It’s still one of the few sweets I let myself eat that has sugar in it—small portions though. I never grow tired of a great Hello Dolly Bar. I feel the same about leopard print. You can’t get enough of it!

It’s classic just like their style! Type 4 people tend to have high standards and preferences, so each Type 4 person may prefer their cookie differently: some may like it freshly baked, with crispy edges, and still warm and soft inside. Others may like it more crispy and well done.
DYT Type 4 Expert, Liz shares, “Chocolate chip cookies are irresistible. I tend to have more than one if they are around. Every bite is a perfect combination of chocolate and cookie together. You can eat them warm right out of the oven, or a few days later and they are still yummy. They are a classic dessert that I always go back to and never get tired of.”
